Terms of Service

Reach is operated by Emerging Technology Group LLC (etg.ai) as part of the LeadFuel suite ("we," "us"). By signing in and using Reach, you agree to these terms.

The service

Reach is a multi-channel outbound campaign tool. You bring contacts and content; Reach sequences, sends, and tracks the outcomes. We make a best effort to keep the service running but make no uptime guarantee at this tier. It is a beta service, free during onboarding.

Your responsibilities

Lawful outreach. You will only email people you have a lawful basis to contact under your jurisdiction's rules (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL, etc.). Reach inserts no unsubscribe footer on your behalf, so your campaigns must include one when required by law.
No abuse. No spam, no phishing, no illegal content, no harassment. Repeated abuse reports against your account terminate it.
Your data. The contact lists, copy, and outcomes you put into Reach are yours. Don't upload data you don't have rights to use.
Account security. Keep your LeadFuel hub login credentials secret. Anyone with your login can send on your behalf.

What we won't do

Sell your data or your contacts' data.
Train external AI models on your campaign content.
Send mail from your account without your sequence approval.

Billing

Reach is free during the LeadFuel beta. When paid tiers go live you will be notified in advance and given the option to continue with a paid plan or export your data and leave. Sending volume above the free tier (if any) will be disclosed before charging.

Termination

You can stop using Reach at any time. To delete your data, email privacy@leadfuel.cloud. We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service, send spam, or violate the LeadFuel hub Terms.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee email deliverability. Resend's deliverability and your sender reputation determine that, and both are out of our control. Liability is limited to the fees paid in the last 12 months (which during beta is $0).

Changes

If we change these terms in a material way we'll give you notice via the LeadFuel hub before the changes take effect.
